I am on a ICT course and i have really bad headaches and sometimes even lose half my sight it is horrorble i even collapse on the floor i am in agony with it most days please can you tell me what i can do to stop it.

You may be describing migraine, but I think it is important that you see your doctor. See our leaflet on migraine but you should see your doctor even if these headaches do not happen every day.
