Is there any way to get rid of love bites quicker, or is the only option to wait until it fades naturally? Can they damage your skin in the long term?

Love bites are essentially bruises. We are not aware of any way of making them fade any quicker other than by natural healing. They won’t cause any damage to your skin, but you could ask your partner to hide their fangs away!
