I can't exactly remember when but I think I've managed to lengthen my 7 day gap on one occasion. It now means that I start present and future packs a day later and finish a day later. Will this mistake mean that I could get pregnant at any time or has it resolved itself over time?

Lengthening the 7 day gap does put you at risk of pregnancy at the time. If this happened some time ago and you have had normal withdrawal bleeds in the pill free break since then, you are probably not pregnant. It would be wise to do a pregnancy test anyway, as occasionally women have light periods in the early stages of pregnancy.
