Is it possible for sperm to enter the female body in any other way than penatrative sex? eg. mastrabation?

Yes, but only if ejaculation occurs close enough to the genital area of the woman for the sperm to get into the vaginal fluids. Pregnancy has been known to occur after non-penetrative sex. You don't say if you are a man or a woman, but if you or your partner is concerned and has missed a period, it would be a good idea to do a pregnancy test.
