For the past couple of years I have noticed many small white spots up the side of my penis and around the scrotom, i saw an image on the net that looked identical and it was called Sebaceous Prominence, but it also says that I can't get rid of them. Is this true as I have lost many girlfriends because of them and now am to embarresed to try and get into bed with any girl.
Response
Sebaceous prominence is entirely normal, as is worrying about it and penis size! The reality is that neither of these issues should prevent you entering into successful relationships. You may need to consider more closely what you are wanting to get out of them. Maybe you are focusing too quickly on the sexual side of the relationship. Accept your penis as it is and it shouldn't get in the way (at least not until you are ready for it to!).
