Normal variants in anogenital skin

Many men worry unnecessarily about the appearance of their genitalia. Rather than worrying take a look at these pictures of healthy male parts.

Pearly penile papules

Sebaceous prominence
These are a normal finding although they may vary in prominence. There is no treatment and you should leave them alone. If you develop new spots or lumps or sore areas on you penis or are worried you may have penile warts you should visit your local genito-urinary medicine clinic (look at the Health Centre links for details of your local clinic). You should also visit the clinic if you have discharge from the end of your penis or experience pain or discomfort passing urine.
